Molwyn Morgorson Joseph was born in the picturesque village of Jennings . He is a devout husband and the proud father of two.
Molwyn’s primary education began at the Cedar Hall Moravian Church School in Jennings, which he continued at the Seventh Day Adventist and Otto’s Comprehensive Schools. After receiving a scholarship, he completed his secondary education at the Princess Margaret School.
In pursuit of tertiary education and to broaden his horizons, he migrated to the United States in 1969 where he attended the New York Business School in New York City . He transferred to Cleveland, Ohio, where he enrolled at Dyke College and was the recipient of an esteemed Bachelors of Science Degree in Management with an emphasis in Finance.
After graduating in 1974, he entered the Collections Department of the Standard Oil Company in Ohio . At the end of the period 1974-1983, he climbed to the senior executive level within that company, having mastered a portfolio that included the Alaska Prudhoe Bay Oil Exploration Project.
Despite his accomplishments and professional success in the United States , Molwyn knew he had to return to his native land. Heeding the call of his patriotic aspirations, he resigned his position at the Standard Oil Company, returning home to offer service to his nation.
