dot DESCRIPTION

All the portion of the parishes of St. George and St. John including the villages of New Winthorpes, Barnes Hill, Powells, Potters, Pigotts, Osborne, Jonas and Scotts Hill (Eastside) and bounded as follows:-

NORTH - by the public road of New Winthorpes and continuing eastwards crossing the main public road that leads to Thibou’s Estate, to the point where it meets a public road, thence southwards along the said public road until it meets the public road leading from Barnes Hill to Coolidge (this road lying to the south of Sugar Mill Hotel) and continuing eastwards along the said road which when extended continues along the southern side of Runaway 10at Coolidge down to the sea.

SOUTH - by the eastern boundary of St. John’s South

EAST - from the point on the All Saints Road where the estate road from Herberts Estate House meets the said road and continuing in a north easterly direction and passing just south of the factory dam whose exposed concrete face can be seen on the Antiguan Sugar Factory Road, the same being located west of the said factory and continuing along the afore mentioned road westwards to Paynter Pond then proceeding in a northerly direction along the unpaved Public
Road that is located East of Paynter’s Estate House, commonly called the Sunny Side School, to a point where the road meets the Old Parham Road and continuing eastwards along the said Old Parham Road to a point where the barricade leads to the Fitches Creek Estate House, then in the north easterly direction passing east of Pigott or Fitches Hill to the Bridge which is located on the St. George’s Church Road – northeast of St. George’s Church then in an easterly direction to the sea north of St. George’s Church at Winthorpes Foot Creek.

WEST - from the junction of the American Road and Scotts Hill Road and continuing northwards along the American Road to its junction with the Factory Road then in an easterly direction along the said Factory Road to the point where it meets the Airport Road then continuing along the said Airport Road to where it meets the Old Parham Road at the Texaco Gas Station then westwards along the Old Parham Road then northwards along the Barnes’ Hill Road to the point where the old public leads to Cedar Valley Estate then in a westerly direction along the said estate road then northwards to the point where the road continues westwards to the Cedar Valley Golf Club and where the road leads to New Winthorpes.
