All that portion of the Parish of Saint John bounded as follows: -

NORTH – by the junction of the Old Parham Road and Independence Avenue then Westward along Bishopgate Street where it meets at the junction of Bishopgate Street and Cross Street thence south to the junction of Cross Street and Newgate Street. It then continues westwards along Newgate Street into Wapping Street to the junction where it meets the drain at Wilkenson Cross thence in a southerly direction along the public road lying west of the drain and continuing to the sea.

SOUTH – from the point on the all Saints Main Road where the estate road from Herberts meets the said road and continuing westwards along the All Saints Road and Bendals cross road then turning right along the American Road to a point located on the said American Road directly opposite Intrade then westwards along a public road to the point where it meets the southern boundary of Ottos Comprehensive School and from that point continuing southwards along a
barricade east of the National Bakery and west of the Baptist Church to Scotland street to the point where it merges into Camacho’s Avenue and continuing southwards on Camacho’s Avenue to the point where it meets All Saints road at the Texaco Gas Station. Then continuing westwards along the all Saints Road to the point where it meets the public road, which is situated north of the Public Market and south of the Triangular portion of land then continuing along the said public road down to the sea.

EAST – by the junction of the Old Parham Road and Independence Avenue and continuing in a southerly direction along Independence Avenue to the junction of the Factory Road at the Cenotaph, then in an easterly direction along the Factory Road to the point where the where it meets Hailes Promenade and from this point in an imaginary straight line which extends to Queen Elizabeth Highway and passing east of the New Parliament Building, then along the said Queen Elizabeth highway in an easterly direction to the junction of the Factory Road and the American Road. Then Southwards along the said American Road to the junction of the public road which leads to Scotts Hill then along the Scotts Hill Road leading to the east of the Television Station. The continuing along the ridge of the Belmont Hill to the point on the said ridge where it meets the boundaries of Herberts and Belmont Estate leading southwards to the All Saints Road to the estate road at Herberts corner where the estate road meets the said All Saints Road.

WEST – by St. John’s Harbour and the sea.
