All that portion of the Parish of St. Phillip including Mill Reef, Half Moon Bay, Montpelier and the whole of the villages of Freetown, St. Phillips, Christian Hill, Bethesda, Lyons and in part Picadilly, bounded as follows:-

NORTH - by the southern boundary of the constituency of St. Phillip North.

SOUTH - in part from a point immediately east of the Government Agricultural Station on the main public road leading to Mamora Bay and continuing along the said public road in an easterly direction to a point on the said road where a public road leads to Crawl Bay and from this point in an easterly direction to the sea at Crawl Point by the sea.

EAST - By the sea.

WEST - in part from the point south of Big Duers and north of the pond in the description of the Northern boundary of St. Phillp North thence in a southerly direction passing east of the ruins at Bodkins continuing southwards and west of the Savannah Dam at Picadilly to a point on the Mamora Bay road immediately east of the Government Agricultural Station Building at Picadilly thence eastwards along Mamora Bay road.
