I have always been active in promoting community efforts, especially in regards to sports development and community recreation. I played on the Dominica national football team in 1978 and 1985. I then received training as a rural communications specialist, and worked as the communications manager of Dominica Banana Produces Ltd. and director of DAPEX. I served on the Roseau City Council beginning in 1996 until today, and continue to stand for democratic rights and principals, many of which have been eroded over the past ten years.
As Member of Parliament for Roseau North, I, along with Team Dominica, intend to create a more vibrant economy for the many residents struggling to make ends meet.
