That part of the Parish of Saint Andrew bounded on the North by the Parish of Saint Patrick; on the West by the Parish of Saint Mark from the intersection of the boundaries of the Parishes of Saint Patrick, Saint Mark and Saint Andrew to the concrete pillar at the top of Mount Saint Catherine; on the South by the Great River from the sea to Paradise Bridge, and proceeding along the main road to Dunfermline Bridge, than continuing along the Simon River westwards through Boulogue Estate, Mt. Horne Estate and Springs Estate and continuing right up to the its source, thence in a straight line to the concrete pillar at the top of Mount Saint Catherine on the Parish boundary between Saint Andrew and Saint Mark; and on the East by the sea from the mouth of the Antoine River to the mouth of the Great River.
