Junie Jackie Hodge is PAM's Candidate in Constituency #6.
Junie attended Sandy Point Primary School, Sandy Point High School and received secondary education at St. Kitts & Nevis Technical College. He also received a Certificate in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering from the Guilds of London Institute.
Junie is a community activist who is committed to combating crime and drugs across St. Kitts and Nevis. He knows how drugs can ruin lives and lead to crime. He's watched in horror as the Denzil Douglas regime did nothing to stop the scourge of drugs in our communities and the crime it creates. Junie didn't just sit back and watch as drug's destroyed the lives of our young people, he took action.
June is a certified DARE Officer and DARE Mentor. He has training in building a drug information grid and he received a certificate from an International Visitors Program of Drug Abuse Education. And, he has earned training in conflict resolution, mediation and anger management. He served as a DARE Mentor and Coordinator for eight years and in the Royal St. Christopher and Nevis Police Force.
In the Police Force, he saw first hand the mismanagement of the Douglas regime. He was appalled at the sloppy police work he saw and the lack of leadership. He said that there were so many internal problems, old equipment, leadership issues and more that they couldn't focus on solving crimes and fighting crime.
In addition to his work on the Police Force, he's served as a Production Manager and Warehouse supervisor.
