dot PROFILE

Lindsay Fitz Patrick Grant is the Leader of the People's Action Movement and our candidate in Constituency #4.

Lindsay is a fierce advocate for change. He believes that the Denzil Douglas regime has been in power for far too long and have failed the people of St. Kitts and Nevis. The Labour Government is empty; of ideas, of competent people, of moral authority, of credibility, of philosophy and even of legitimacy as many former stalwarts have revealed as they abandoned that sinking ship.

Under Denzil Douglas' inept leadership, crime has skyrocketed. Murders are at an all time high. Gun violence is at an all time high. Robbery is at an all time high. Denzil Douglas has failed to keep us safe and he has no plan to address the rising crime. Lindsay Grant is a strong and effective leader with new ideas to fight crime. If you're sick and tired of the crime, stand with PAM for change.

Lindsay is also concerned about our economy. Denzil Douglas' regime was unprepared for the global financial meltdown. Ask any taxi driver or shop keeper or anyone that's been fired from a hotel and they'll tell you how bad this economy is. But, Denzil Douglas has done absolutely nothing to help the people. Lindsay Grant is the man to deliver the change.

Lindsay Grant is a successful attorney and community activist. He received his legal education at the University of the West Indies, Norman Manley Law School and he received an LLM from Harvard Law School. He attended Harvard Law with President Barack Obama. He has a distinguished legal and professional career. He is a member of the International Bar Association, the International Trademark Association and has served as a director in numerous companies. He is a partner in his own successful law firm.

He is also active in the community with a passion for sports. He's a served as the past President of the St. Thomas Trinity Football Association and the St. Kitts Cricket Association.

Lindsay has an equally impressive resume in terms of sporting achievements. At the age of 14, he represented St. Kitts at the Caribbean Table Tennis Championship and he also represented Harvard University in table tennis at the Inter-Collegiate Championship at Princeton University. He played for several sporting teams, including Ghetto Stars Football Club, KFC Strikers in 1st Division Competition and the Lamberts Cricket Team.

Lindsay Grant is married with two children.
