Emanuel Fatima Adams was a former Speaker of the House of Assembly of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Career

Emanuel Adams served as Speaker of the House of Assembly of St. Vincent and the Grenadines from 11 October 1962 to 23 May 1966, under the People’s Political Party Administration. He was the member for Kingstown, and Minister for Trade, Production, Labour and Tourism from 15 September 1966 to 16 March 1967.

Adams served as Speaker for a second time from 13 June 1989 to 14 February 1991, under the New Democratic Party Administration.
