Sir Charles James Antrobus, GCMG, OBE was a former Governor-General of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Career

After a successful and distinguished career in the private sector, Sir Charles was appointed Governor-General in 1996 under the Sir James Mitchell Adminstration. He served as Governor-General of St. Vincent and the Grenadines from 1 June 1996 - 3 June 2002

Death

Sir Charles died in Toronto Canada on 3 June 2002 where he was undergoing treatment for leukemia at age 69. He is buried at St. George Cathedral, Kingstown, St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
