Michael Rayfield Cornelius Browne is a politician and former Cabinet Minister in St. Vincent and the Grenadines.

Career

Browne serves as an Opposition Senator for the Movement for National Unity (MNU) from 21 March 1994 to 8 August 1997. In 200, running as a candidate for the Unity Labour Party (ULP) he won the West St. George seat.

He served as Minister of Education, Youth and Sports from 17 April 2001 to 23 September 2005; and later as Minister of National Mobalisation, Social Development, Gender Affairs, Non-Governmental Organisations Relations, Local Government, Persons with Disabilities from 29 December 2005 to 9 November 2010.
