Thomas C. Jefferson, OBE
Former Leader of Government Business, Cayman Islands

Thomas C. Jefferson (13 April 1941– 29 October 2006) was a Caymanian politician. He served as Leader of Government Business from 1992 to 1994.

Career

Mr. Jefferson whose public positions included Leader of Government Business, Minister, the first Elected Member to be Leader of Government Business, ExCo Member, MLA (West Bay) and Financial Secretary of the Cayman Islands.

Death

Thomas Jefferson died on 29 October 2006, aged 65. He was buried at the West Bay Cemetery on 8 November 2006 after an official funeral at the St. Ignatius Catholic Church.
