E.A. Kelley was a politician and Member of Parliament in St. Kitts and Nevis.

Career

Kelley successfully contested the Cayon seat in the 1958 by-election as a candidate for the St. Kitts-Nevis-Anguilla Labour Party (SKNALP), filling the seat left vacant following Robert Bradshaw’s election to the House of Representatives of the West Indies Federation.  He was re-elected in 1961, but did not seek re-election in 1966, neither did he contest any subsequent elections.
