Cardinal A. King is an Antiguan politician.

Career

King enlisted in the Police Service on 3 May 1967 and moved up through the ranks. He attended the two most prestigious police colleges in the Commonwealth that is, Hendon Police Training College and The Police Staff College at Bramshill, United Kingdom.

He unsuccessfully contested the St. George seat in the 2004 election as an Independent Candidate.

Honours and awards

King was awarded the Queen's Police Medal (QPM) for Distinguished Police Service.

Personal life

He is as a Lay Preacher of the Moravian Church for over 30 years.
