George James McGuire
Former Speaker of the House of Repreentatives, Grenada
George James McGuire is a former Speaker of the House of Representatives of Grenada.
Career
McGuire served as Speaker of the House on two occasions. From 17 January 2003 to 29 October 2003; and again from 30 August 2008 to 9 January 2013.
He entered politics in 1984 and served as the Representative for the town of St. George and the Minister for Education and Sports until 1990.
