Leroy Rogers was a former Speaker of the House of Assembly of Anguilla.
Career
Leroy Rogers served
as Speker of the House of Assembly of Anguilla from 1994 - 2005. He was later appointed second nominated member and Deputy Speaker 2010 - 2015. He was again elected Speaker on 11 May 2015 and continued to serve until his death in October 2018.
Rogers also served as a representative of the Caribbean Region on the Executive Committee of the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association until is passing and previously during his 2000-2005 tenure as Speaker.
Death
Rogers died on 28 October 2018. He was 66.
