Neil Gabriel Hollis Rowe is a Barbadian community activist, politician, and a current Parliamentary Secretary.

Early life

Neil Gabriel Hollis Rowe was born in Brighton and grew up in the wider Black Rock, St. Michael area.

Career

Rowe, a first-timer to elective politics, successfully contested the St. Michael North West seat for the Barbados Labour Party (BLP) in the 2018 general election, unseating Finance Minister Christopher Sinckler. On 27 May 2018, he was appointed Parliamentary Secretary in the Ministry of People Empowerment and Elder Affairs in the Mia Mottley Adminsitration.
