Educated at Biabou Methodist and St. Vincent Grammar School, Frederick Stephenson has a distinguished career in the courts and in government. He's active in scores of groups across St. Vincent and the Grenadines and has offered a comprehensive vision for his constituency.

Mr. Stephenson began his career in the courts serving as a Junior Clerk Magistracy and advancing to a Senior Clerk Magistracy. He then moved to the Ministry of Health serving as a Senior Accounts Clerk. He was then transferred to the Customs and Excise Department where he served as a Senior Customs Officer rising to Executive Officer and rising again to Supervisor. He is now on assignment with the Prime Minister's office.

Mr. Stephenson is committed to the community. He formed the Bridgetown Community Development organisation in 2000 and was involve din community cleanup and lighting completion.

A committed Christian, he served as President of the St. Matthew's Anglican Youth Movement and as President of the Anglican Youth Council of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. He's been an active member f the Anglican Church in the Parish of St. Matthew and with St. Marks and St. Sylvan as an Anglican lay minister.
